Terms of Service

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use VisibleLLM. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

A. Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Prices and plan features may change with reasonable notice.

B. Credits

Each plan includes a set number of monthly credits (for example, 200 credits for the Pro plan). Credits reset monthly and do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Each audit or report consumes credits based on plan rules.

C. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. The plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time or credits.

D. Refunds

All payments are final. Refunds may be granted only in cases of verified technical error or duplicate billing, at our discretion.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use VisibleLLM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or resell the Service or its outputs
• Use the Service to create competing products
• Upload or transmit unlawful or infringing content
• Interfere with networks, security, or platform stability
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

6. AI Content and Limitations

VisibleLLM uses large language models (LLMs) to analyze and generate content. While we aim for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. The Service provides analytical and informational insights only. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated results before relying on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in VisibleLLM—including its code, design, trademarks, and original content—are owned by Supermind Labs LLC. You retain ownership of your uploaded data and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of VisibleLLM is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Google, OpenAI). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

VisibleLLM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, performance, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supermind Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Supermind Labs LLC and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and we may delete your account data except where retention is required by law. You may close your account anytime by contacting hello@visiblellm.com.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at visiblellm.com/terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
